It costs nothing to sign on; they take a small commission when you do business. It's free, free, free, and it's really nice. I was recently asked for my views on the subject, and I had to admit that I really didn't know. I decided to do some research on the subject, and I was surprised to find that there are several programmes out there that claim to be able to teach any normal person how to develop perfect pitch. Having read several reviews, the one program that seems to be consistently rated as the best (and it's said to kick in quickly, about 6 weeks) is the PurePitch system.
